Canvas Prints (Non-Embellished):
Returns are accepted for standard canvas prints within 14 days of delivery.
Artwork must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Returns must be approved before shipping back

Hand-Embellished & Custom Artwork:
Due to the one-of-a-kind, custom nature, hand-embellished canvases and custom paintings are final sale and non-returnable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
