Stunning picture, exactly as I had hoped for. Irena helped me to make sure that I was happy with which side was the top/bottom etc and adjusted the hanging wire accordingly. At one point, the picture went missing with the delivery company and without hesitation, Irena was getting a new pic made and sent to me and dealing with the courier company herself. She was so responsive and helpful at every step. Luckily I got home one day and the pic had arrived, but I was so grateful for Irena being so helpful as this doesn’t always happen.
